Story
Of My Life
My name is
Made Deandra Arethusa Gallatheyamuna. Everyone call me Dea. I was born on the 21th of December 2001. I
come from Lombok Island, to be specific Mataram city. I am the second born in
my family. I have an older brother and a younger sister. Even though we fight a
lot, I still love them with all of my heart. Since i was a child, I looked very
different from my siblings. I have straight hair. Meanwhile, my siblings have
curly hairs. I am really honest and hardworking. And I’ve been told that I look pretty cute, so I am a dazzling Dea.
I really love
studying since i was a kid. Whenever I saw my big brother goes to school and my
parents goes to work, i wanted to go to school ASAP. So, even though I was just 3 years old, My mom sent me to one
of the nearest playgroup, which is “YPRU”. I always the fastest kid to be able
to write and read in my class. Despite of me being underage to go to elementary
school, I forced and whined to my Mom to get me go to some private elementary
schools, because it gets really boring when you already learned and mastered
all the subjects. I like challenges, so I was super excited to start my
elementary school chapters. When I was 4th Grade, I moved to another
sub-district and because of that I moved to another school too. In my Junior
High School, I was one of the fifteenth students at acceleration class. So, I
was 13 when I graduated from Junior High School. My Senior High School was
challenging, empowering, and really enjoyable for me. It’s my transition phase
from teenager to young adult. I learned not just maths or sciences but life
lessons too. I choosed Christian University Of Indonesia to be my next
chapters. So far, it’s way beyond my expectation. I can’t wait to learn all new
things and to help people from what I’ve learn.
I choosed to
study Physiotherapy because i really enjoy learning about health in general,
It’s such a fascinating subject. Also, I like helping people too, killing two
birds with one stone.
I have a lot of dreams in the future, such as :
- Celebrate My 25th, 50th, 75th and hopefully 100th birthday in Orphanage. Not just about sharing food or money, I can share happiness too.
2. Build a Physiotherapy Clinic Center all around Indonesia, especially in my hometown.
3. Travelling around the world.
4. Meeting EXO, go to EXO concert or fanmeeting.
5. Adopting a child.
English is important to me because of so many things, like :
a. It’s an International languange
b. It can help me to create many other work-related opportunities, because in this era many companies prefer to hire an employee whos fluent in english.
c. To understand movies without subtitles
d. To understand instruction manuals for various machines and instruments
e. To understand research or journals written in English without having to wait for it to be translated.
